Ltd, one of the foremost builders in Dholera, Gujarat has partnered with Infinity Infracon in a joint venture to transform residential and commercial development within the Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR) Activation Area. Aaiji Group and Infinity Infracon Joint Venture
The joint venture’s flagship project is expected to come up in Kadipur Village Dholera where an advanced housing scheme would be constructed on a large plot of about 10809 sq. meters of newly designated land. The project promises to raise the bar for a modern lifestyle with its completion timeline set to 2-3 years. Seeing the success of their first project, both companies seem eager to invest further in Dholera which is emerging as a powerful region for the future of India.
Dholera SIR has already managed to capture the attention of more than 100 firms making it a desired place for industries and investors. The city is developing into one that leads in semiconductor manufacturing, sophisticated urban development, and sustainable growth within the country. Significant investments such as Tata Electronics’ semiconductor factory worth $10.9 billion, showcase the region’s developments and increased demand for high-end residential and commercial spaces.
Managing Director of Aaiji Group, Lalit Parihar, said, “Dholera SIR is not just a smart city, it is India’s growth story, served on a platter. This joint venture is a step towards Dholera being developed as a preferred residential and business center. It gives us great pride to partner with Infinity Infracon and their vast land holdings. We will feature various developments that anchor to Dholera’s vision of becoming a global industrial leader.”
Dholera is part of the visionary Tri-city model of Gujarat, which integrates Ahmedabad, Dholera, and GIFT City together as a metropolitan tri-venture just like Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah. The DMIC Corridor, the Ahmedabad-Dholera Expressway, which is planned to launch in 2025, and the Greenfield cargo and passenger airport that is set to be built will improve these areas tremendously. Not to mention the introduction of the first Vande Metro, further increasing reach into Dholera and other areas, which will solidify Dholera’s status as a top investment location.
Ruturajsinh Chudasma, Partner at Infinity Infracon, expressed his enthusiasm: “We are very happy collaborating with Aaiji Infraspace for this revolutionary project. The project is in consonance with the Dholera SIR Area Development Plan in the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) with its vision of Smart City and Infrastructure Development. Due to the industrial boom and government infrastructure development, our joint venture is strategically positioned to deliver in an oligopolistic market. We anticipate more such ventures with Aaiji Group to unlock the unparalleled opportunities in Dholera.”
As Dholera rises as a testament to Indian industrial and urban development, this partnership between Aaiji Group and Infinity Infracon will undoubtedly stand out in the history of its evolution supporting the creation of a more advanced and economically thriving nation.
