One of western India’s prominent infrastructure developers, GAP Group, has announced a major real estate project in the Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR), reinforcing its commitment to the region’s urban and industrial growth. The launch of this township aligns perfectly with the rapid progress in Dholera, particularly the construction of India’s largest semiconductor fabrication plant—a joint venture between the Tata Group and Taiwan-based PSMC. Expected to be operational within two years, the plant is projected to create around 20,000 skilled jobs. By 2030, over 1.5 lakh professionals are anticipated to be working in Dholera’s Activation Area, driving demand for quality housing and modern urban amenities.
