The announcement comes after Gujarat’s Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel visited the site to assess the progress of the development. His visit comes in the lead-up to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s scheduled trip to Dholera next month.

This township marks a significant milestone for GAP Group, which secured the first-ever auctioned real estate plot in Dholera SIR—a 42,000 square metre parcel. The upcoming development, named ‘Akhilam’, aims to serve the growing needs of professionals, entrepreneurs, and businesses moving into the area.

Strategic Timing Amid Dholera’s Rising Profile

The launch of this township aligns perfectly with the rapid progress in Dholera, particularly the construction of India’s largest semiconductor fabrication plant—a joint venture between the Tata Group and Taiwan-based PSMC. Expected to be operational within two years, the plant is projected to create around 20,000 skilled jobs. By 2030, over 1.5 lakh professionals are anticipated to be working in Dholera’s Activation Area, driving demand for quality housing and modern urban amenities.

What ‘Akhilam’ Has to Offer

GAP Group’s township will feature:

  • 1,000 premium 1 BHK apartments

  • A dedicated business park

  • High-street retail spaces

  • Banking facilities

  • Club amenities

  • A vibrant food court

The project is designed to cater to a new generation of professionals who seek convenience, connectivity, and lifestyle in one place.

Industry Insight

Commenting on the project, Ambrish Parajiya, Managing Director of GAP Group, said:

“Dholera is on track to become one of the most dynamic industrial zones in India. It was a proud moment for us to present our township plans to Chief Minister Patel. With this project, we’re ensuring that the pace of residential and commercial infrastructure matches the rapid industrial growth unfolding in the region.”

Infrastructure Momentum

Dholera’s transformation is being powered by several major infrastructure projects, including:

  • The ₹5,000 crore Ahmedabad-Dholera Expressway

  • A new international airport near Dholera

  • The upcoming Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) at Bhimnath

These developments are expected to significantly enhance connectivity and attract more investment to the region, positioning Dholera as a future-ready industrial and residential hub.
